The WealthQuest® Citadel 7 Diamond is a flexible premium deferred annuity that offers a 2% interest rate enhancement for 1 year on premium payments made within the first 36 months of the contract. The WQC7D offers a principal guarantee feature that states the minimum surrender value is a return of premiums paid, less any cumulative withdrawals. The declared interest rate for the initial premium and each subsequent premium payment will be guaranteed for 2 years from the date the premium payment is received. After 2 years, interest rate is declared annually. The WQC7D is a 7-year product that allows 10% free withdrawal each year, including the first policy year. The WQC7D offers three surrender charge waivers - nursing home, disability and terminal illness. Premiums in excess of $100k will receive an extra 0.10% rate enhancement each year.
